Pick up for all Summer of the Arts balloon orders will be located at the gathering point of the parade.  Balloons will be available for pick up from 4:30 PM to 5:15 PM, Friday May 31st in Iowa City, IA.  If you show up late, your balloons will be given to someone else to parade with and no refund will be made... Soooo... Come early and mingle with your new friends!
